Our 16" letter balloons will refine your event by brightening up the room. Whether is your name, word or a phrase, these balloons will look gorgeous for any occasion. You will receive deflated balloons, a straw to inflate them. The letter balloons have tabs on them, all you have to do is tape the tabs down and string the ribbon through the tabs to create a balloon banner! You can arrange the spacing of the balloons for a sparser or closer look depending on your taste. You only need to blow air into the straw to inflate them (NOT HELIUM). Please note that these balloons will not float.
